Great side note: If you are a AT$T Uverse customer and want to lower ur bill...call 866-508-8290...its their keep customers number....tell them ur unhappy. they'll giddy up....I doubled my internet speed and stayed with U300 and droppd $60 a month....little battles.......👍

@ATT @DIRECTV tell me why I should pay $104/mo for your services, when I can get the same desired content through your @directvnow streaming service for $55/mo. Even if I pay your cancellation fee of $240, roughly 6 mos I recoup that in savings. Saving me $240 in the first year.

Frustrated that @ATT was doing service in my apartment complex. They knocked out my service and when I reported it, they can’t have a technician come out until tomorrow afternoon. That is not good customer service.

@ATT customer service hung up on me twice today. My prepaid service was discontinued even though I paid for the month and they told me they wouldnt help unless I made another payment.Looks like Im switching providers,I recommend anyone else with special needs children do the same

@ATT Done w/AT&T. Purchased 2 iPhone 14 Pros for our business. We have a business acct & have been AT&T customers for DECADES. Went to an AT&T store in Effingham, IL, since there is not one in our town, to get the old phones transferred to the new phones. They REFUSED to help!

@ATTHelp 3. Such issues do happen and I am totally fine with it. But the expectation that customers should pay to download a software that is part of their package feels wrong. Expectation should be to provide a well tested system to customer. If not at least try to help them out

Customer service is optional @ATT very sneaky with there billing. Got a 526 dollar bill with no warning. I highly recommend not using them. We are going to cancel everything we have.
