The price was right for WOW & the service has been fine but now that my two year deal has been up and the price has crept I might as well get the channels I really want.

  During this time, people need reliable internet. If you’re looking for that, don’t turn to @WOW_WAY @WOWCare. Too many times on the phone over the last month, 2 service visits, and an exposed cable on my lawn for 2 weeks and I wake up to no internet AGAIN!!! I’m done.

  @WOWCare I live in south east Michigan. Your service has been absolutely abysmal for a decade plus. **** you and everything you stand for. You own a monopoly in our area and the service is pondscum trash. For a decade you’ve been out 20% of the time, and never cared, or refunded.
